RegardedTraders uses the necessary regardedtraders_consent cookie to store privacy categories, consent revision, and timestamps for up to 182 days. Browser localStorage remembers disclaimer acknowledgement and Market Mode preferences until you clear site data. Necessary storage does not load advertising or analytics.

Third-Party Technology

TradingView widgets are blocked until you allow optional functionality. If allowed, they load directly in your browser and may use provider-controlled cookies, local storage, or similar technology under TradingView's policies. Revoking consent unloads the widgets, but browser settings may be needed to remove third-party data already stored by the provider. ApeWisdom data is requested by the RegardedTraders server, so the site does not intentionally expose your browser address to ApeWisdom through that request. External links are governed by the destination site's own privacy practices.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a separate optional category. It remains completely unloaded unless you allow it through the consent interface. When allowed, the Google tag may set first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions and measure aggregate site usage. These cookies may remain for up to two years, subject to the site's Analytics configuration and your browser settings.

Withdrawing Analytics permission clears matching first-party Analytics cookies and reloads the site without the Google tag. Google may process technical and usage information under its own Privacy Policy.

Google Advertising

When Google AdSense advertising is active, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

Manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of some third-party vendors' personalized advertising through AboutAds.

Consent Choices

Accepting the RegardedTraders Disclaimer is not consent to cookies, Analytics, or personalized advertising. Use Privacy Choices in the footer to change consent. Where required for advertising, a separate Google-certified consent platform must collect and communicate advertising choices before advertising technology is used.

Browser Controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary storage may cause the disclaimer acknowledgement or interface settings to reset. Browser privacy controls do not necessarily remove choices stored by an advertising consent platform.
