ApeWisdom, TradingView, linked pages, and other third-party services are not controlled by RegardedTraders. Their data, widgets, rankings, links, names, trademarks, availability, and policies belong to their respective providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or wrong.
Advertising
The site may display third-party advertising. Advertising does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by RegardedTraders. Advertisers and advertising providers are responsible for their own content, products, services, data practices, and claims.
Local Audio
If you select an audio file through Regarded Radio, the file remains local to your browser session and is not intentionally uploaded to RegardedTraders. You represent that you have the right to play any file you select.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, attack or overload the service, scrape or republish data in violation of applicable rights or policies, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
